Those are earbuds I believe. So, no I doubt there is any way to hookup the uflymike to the QC 20. Sorry.

If you are looking for an in ear headset you should check out the clarity aloft. They have a TSO'd product now. I haven't used their stuff in years but did use them in some pretty noisy aircraft without issue.
