Someone from Cape Air please fill me in on this...There is a controller who is very 'unique'. Everytime one of y'all contacts TWR he says something like "Moga Hagati". What in the world is that? Also, when clearing you over to DEP or GND he says something like "SUUU". I gotta know what thats all about.
Cheers,
Markus

MOCHA HAGoTDI. It means to Make our Customers Happy and Have a Good Time Doing It.

When I was base there I heard the controller say this to a Cape Air guy as he split on his way to ACK. Shortly after that, a mainline airplane (Amer, USair, UA, somebody) asked what the slogan meant. Another voice chimed in, "somehting you guys will never understand"

I laughed my a$$ off.

I like that one controller up there that pronouces everbody's call sign a bit different. I like his version of CHQ, "Chaaaawwwtaquawwww"

My CA the other day was a former Cape Air vet....knows all of the BOS guys personally. Has a Cape hat that says MOCHA... on the back.
He got em to give us a pretty neat "visual" that had us following lighthouses around to the west at dusk....pretty good shhite.

For Colgan it's COOOOOOOLLLGAN
For CHQ its SHHHI*TTTT....AAAAEEGGGGWAAA
for Comair its.....Comair. :D

Suuuuuuuhhhhyya!!!!

Isn't that Spanish Steve.

I love it when he rolllllllllllllsss his R's.

Pretty cool guy. I guess it came from the Lion King and just stuck around.

ccccceeee yyuuuuuu has to be very gutteral especially when talking to cape approach.

Ahhh... I miss that guy...

Hasta La Vista... another one of his gems.

That guy is great... I still end all phone conversations with cccuuuuuuuuuuyyyyyaaaahhh when talking to cape air buddies. I've tried to bring that along to other regions and there is one guy workin Denver approach who will C'yaaaaaaaaaaaah back if you give him one...

That controller is married to a DTW controller, so they're in on the C'Ya! thing via DTW.

Aren't you in the pool at XJ? I think they cover C'Ya! on day 3 of indoc. :D

That guy is great. Not only fun but a great controller as well. Too bad I don't go to BOS anymore!
