Good pay. Staffed so the QOL is good, too.
It takes a long time to get on the BBJ.
All this from a friend. I looked at applying in '06 or so. I'd probably be ahead of where I am now (max pay 767 domestic FO at AA) if I'd gone to work there. And not working any more days/month. (Maybe a more on some months.)
