Boeing Executive Flight Ops

Does anyone have any information on Boeing Executive Ops? Just looking for general "word on the street" info such as reputation of the department, etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you Are speaking about the GYY ops its like a small airline. Challengers and BBJs and lots of pilots. I have been told recently that they have a real good management team in place and also are very understaffed.
