What a bizzare accident....I can't figure out what's factual with regards to the accident.
Are these types of accident common where the individual is a pilot, in this case a student pilot, to fly around with no regard to FAA regulations? ie. no medical, expired student certificate, and a unregistered aircraft.
Just doesn't make sense....
