I have brought this subject back to the top as I am interested in finding out if Mr. Reid found a qualified and current pilot to ferry his PBY from London England to Tel Aviv, Israel.

If anyone knows of a type rated pilot that is current on a PBY would you PM me as I also am interested in locating someone that can fly a PBY. I have customers who need the services of such a pilot and I am unable to accept some of these requests.
