Heard on the news last night that the William B Hartsfield-Stonewall Jackson airport is now requiring an actual boarding pass to get thru security. What does that mean for us jumpseaters or non-revs without a seat? Is a "seat request" still good enough?

Gee, and I just got my brand new TSA approved badge with CREW in HUGE letters.

Gotta' wave the BS flag on this one

Jumped out of ATL on ASA today. Just flashed my badge. No ticket, no boarding pass, no seat request, not even in uniform.

Maybe it was my winning smile?

Ditto what Sniper said. I went through this evening, with only an ASA crew badge and a DFW airport badge - no questions asked. On a side note, .ATL has got to have the fattest TSA people in the world. Makes me feel real secure when the guy running the x-ray looks like he is about to lapse into a sugar coma if he doesn't get another greazy handful of Krispy Kremes.
