Those military pilots go through intensive training to be able to stay conscious through that. I'm guessing the G-suit protects up to 3 or 4gs right plus the body can withstand as much as 4gs. So they could probably take as much as 8gs no problem. Any higher they probably learn to suck it up and go though it. I'm surprised in the video the pilot didn't tell the poor guy how many Gs they went through at the turns, usually they do.

What amazing to me, is that the Blues don't use G suits at all. It is said the inflation interferes with the tight formations and flying.
 
The Angel pilots are also in superb physical condition, which makes a big difference. The reporter looks like he never passes a Krispy Kreme without dropping in to say "hi".

Then again, neither do I. ESPECIALLY when the light's on! Free doughnuts! Yippie!
