Several days prior to your medical start eating a table spoon of raw garlic once a day. You will notice you blood pressure go down gradually. Don't take garlic vitamins- does'nt work.
Keep track of it your self at home. Then get a few samples of blood pressure medicine, take one before your visit. Good to go. Just don't fool your self doing that. Keep track of it and if it starts to stay elevated talk to your doc.
