Does anyone have contact information for Blackwater Aviation?

Is this the same Blackwater that had 3 or 4 killed in Iraq? If so I think the base is Moyock, NC. Due south of tidewater area of Virginia (Norfolk, Hampton, Suffock etc) and north of Elizabeth City NC.
