HEMES seems a very small and lucrative
community. I know of a fellow with great
resume and qualifications that took what
they thought was a great opportunity with
what seemed a better operator than the
usual suspects. After a brief and unprovoked
railroad out of one company by mediocre
management of a subcontracted carrier,
they cannot secure so much as a phone
interview anywhere else in the country.
Walks like a duck and smells like a duchebag,
do these operators and contractors keep
good people out of these regular openings
from growth and attrition after being 'burned'
for one reason or another by other EMS firms?
Hoping I am wrong and trying to keep a good
stick in the game and motivated beyond an
unfortunate and seemingly unearned setback.
Thanks,
