Lucky guy, no doubt. Damn!! Now he's going to have to say he's blacked out on his next medical....

And why do TV stations that broadcast video feeds feel like they've gotta put a commercial on in the beginning?

blacked out on his next medical
Wasn't the blacking out in the first story, typical buzz job story, he's lucky to be alive, I learned that lesson early on, good thing for big orange balls!

LOL...I love that ad: "Your big balls saved my life"

About 20 years ago we had an Aerostar land at our airport with the windshield broken out. The pilot said that he hit a goose. He ducked just at impact and the goose came through the windshield and broke the back off the pilot's seat!

Oopsie...he'll probably be posting in the FA section here soon...

"The pilot, Kevin Duane Johnston, 26, of Gaylord, originally told deputies he was flying 2,000 feet over Antrim County’s Lake Wilson when he hit something..."

"Inglehart and Aten were riding bikes east on M-32 in Warner Township when Darren Edward Zimmer, 29, of Gaylord, hit them with his truck."

Maybe they need a course called "How Not to Crash into Things" at Gaylord High...

Didn't know the pilot but I know a few people at the company he worked for. They all said he was a really great guy and couldn't believe it. It is a real bummer for everyone involved. Definitely a lose-lose situation.
