How far in advance does your regional give out your next months schedule?

ASA: Line awards usually come out on the 16th, required by the 19th, final schedules by the 27th.

thanks. There must me others out there that get it before the 27th though.

eagle: lines out usually on 15th or 16th (sometimes earlier) and bids come out on the 20th or 21st. there is a 72hr window to drop, trip trade, etc that opens five days after the close of the bids and lasts, surprisingly, 72 hours.

if you are awarded a relief or composite line (lines made up of vacations, training, open time, etc) you will know your schedule just before the 72hr window opens.

At Chuck Norris Airlines, everyone sits "roundhouse kick" reserve. You get notified of a trip by a roundhouse kick to the face 30 seconds before report time.

I am embarassed that you went to SIU.

XJT, for line holders the bid packs usually come out on the 1st or 2nd, for the next month, 3rd at the latest. For June, it was May 3rd. CA's closed on the 8th, FO's on the 9th. They usually close 8am CT and and you know what you got within the hour. Of course, this is before any carry in/training/vacation conflicts. CA scheds final on the 15th, FO's on the 16th.

For secondary bid, thats reserve and relief lines (or composite, secondary, build up, make up, mix, whatever your company call them) packets came out on the 17th, closed on the 21st, final award on the 30th.

Can't remember the contractual language, but the above is pretty standard for any given month.

Mesaba:

Bid packs issued on the last Thursday prior to the 14th of the Month (7th-13th)

Lines Awarded on Monday (11th-17th)

Line holder Schedules issued Friday (15th-21st)

Final Lines issued the following Thursday (21st-27th)

At colgan depends on when they feel like it. they are awarded when they show up online. Oh and it is never too late to change your line. no compensation for lost hours if this happens.

Ah, where in the hell are the awards for June, this sucks not knowing what's in for the week ahead........My medical is due, and AME's like to plan ahead.
