You'll never find a hand tug that can move that size (king air 90-200) size. Your best bet is a lektro but moving a plane that size with a hand tug is an accident waiting to happen. The brakes aren't big enough, the gears aren't big enough, you can't move the nosewheel easy enough.

If you've got a plane that size buying a tug is cheap. I bought a clark tug for 1500 bucks and it was well worth the money.

You would be better off using a heavy duty garden tractor over a hand tug. My first corporate job had a Clark and some kind of big garden tractor. Used the Clark on the Westwind which is typically 15,500#'s with reserve fuel on board. Used the tractor on the CJ. Never a problem there. My preference would be to get a lektro. Practically maintenance free.

Thanks guys for your suggestions.

There is actually. They are great but pricey I've been looking for these units used: http://www.powertow.com/pdfs/Supertow III Web.pdf ,

http://www.aero-tow.com/GJ1800.htm

They are 4500.00 and 5200.00 respectively. I'm beggining to realize there just isnt much in the way of product that moves planes 9K-14K.

The lektros are great, we have one for our main hangar. We just built another hangar in the north woods of wisconsin, and I'm having a hard time finding anything used be it, tractor, golf cart, (thats worth a crap) in the area.

I'd like something cheap and dependable...I will look some more for a tractor/mower when I'm up there.

Its all about Brakes. Literally Brakes. Golf carts or stuff like that won't stop the plane if something goes wrong. Try explaining that to the boss.

I bought a Clark Tug 1950's military model for 1500 bucks. Found it on ebay and a couple of more on some gov't websites. Had to go pick it up but it works awsome as a tug.

Ps don't forget the tow bar.

A few years back in Ohio we needed a tug to move a Lear 35 in and out of our hangar. We simply bought an used Chevy S-10 4x4 pickup and had a pintle (spelling?) hitch put on the front bumper. It worked very well and didn't cost much. We also used it for our airport "running around town" vehicle. In the winter all we ever did was add a few bags of sand in the bed and we were good to go.
