If your furloughed AA then why didn't you take a job at Eagle? I thought all AA furloughed guys were offered jobs Eagle. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Why is it that you can't consider them, am I missing something here?

Hello Again,

Very valid question gentlemen.... I will make this as brief as possible to avoid any argument.

To my knowledge, there are over 2,000 AA pilots on furlough. The ability to flow back as Eagle RJ Captain is possible, but only applies to those furloughed after May 2003.... I was furloughed very soon after 911, former TWA step child :)

There is grumbling between the Eagle and AA MEC's on this issue.... Unfortunate, I would say....

You know furloughed AA are supposed to get preferential interviews at Eagle, or has that changed too?
