Very true. I don't use them below 18,000. You're still running a risk though. Keep in mind, the CVR isn't supposed to be used for punitive purposes. I don't know if you'd want to try that out though.

I have been using the Mach 1 with the ear molds from Sensaphonics since the Mach 1's were first introduced. I compared them to the QC2's and found the Mach 1's to be much better for sound protection, comfort, etc. I even compared what I have to the Bose X. I still like the Mach 1's better.
