One where you get to fly a jet and a C208 on floats!

How about a Global Express and a Caravan on floats...

(and a 200K salary)

LRC on the C208 and Max cruise on the Global or better yet Max Cruise at 280, and you got a taker.

I heard of a crew flying a G-II, for a private family, sat for months doing maintenance, poured way too much money into it, they did something like 25 hrs. a year. That's the kind of job you tell nobody about. You'd rather have the neighbors thinking you're a dug dealer.

I am sure the food is better on the Global but the 208 is more fun to fly.
Unless you are stuck flying it in the North East.
If they are paying 200k i can't imagine you have much of a schedule.

The best ones are where you are not only paid fairly but most importantly you have respect from the owner.

#1) Pay (total compensation): Mine is around $100K after two years on the job.

#2) Benefits (all benefits): They say they are worth around another $20K.

#3 QOL (I would say schedule, hotels, expenses, vacation): I fly around 12 days a month (300 hours a year), stay in decent chain hotels, get $50 per day for food, and two weeks vacation per year. My schedule changes daily, so that is really the worst part of my job with a Fortune 50 flight department.

#4) Job Security (how long will it last): Mine seems to be very good.

I would be interested in what others on the board get in these 4 areas?
