I'll vouch for Albie. Great interview prep. Don't use AirInc's sim in Atlanta. Waste of money...but definitely get the sim prep and look at aviationinterviews.com for the profile.
 
I guess I'm the only one, but I thought the DFW and IAH sims flew reasonably similar. I noticed the Alteon sim required significantly more yoke displacement for a given roll rate, but other than that I had few qualms with it.
