Is this what you are asking?
Effective February 1, 2007, the 10 member states of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) also require that all airlines and passenger vessels submit Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) manifests prior to arrival in, departure from, and travel between any member states.* Unlike current APIS requirements for the United States, CARICOM requirements are in effect for all aircraft and passenger vessels – commercial and private, affecting both Part 135 and Part 91 operators.

Validation

In order to obtain the validation you can download the application from the Bermuda DCA website. You will need an aircraft registration on the Bermuda VP-B **. In order to freelance on the airplane under the VP-B** registration, you can apply for the license but it is quite expensive and there are no guarantees they will give you one. If you know an operator on the VP-B** registration, maybe you can piggyback on their license and safe a lot of money. All that is dependent if they like you, time for some brown nosing :)

I believe you are trying to validate your FAA ATP license to a Bermudian license, correct?
If so, changes may have ocurred in the past couple of years. I can't think of the website, but the one gulfstreameric mentioned above is a good place to start. A couple years ago, all it took was a First Class medical, Recent training documentation in aircraft type ( Recurrent training at FSI/Simuflite) and a check for $200, which will only cost $75/yr after the initial application. There was talk about incorporating written tests into this process but I don't know if that happened yet. I am talking about info that is 18-24 months old now. I know a few people who have done this.Search the government website for aviation and get contact info. I believe it is a woman who is second in command, who you will be dealing with. Good luck.

Mrs. Williams email address is [email protected]

and you didn't get it from me .....

Why did you post this? Guys like you are the reason when we need issues resolved we cannot get through to the right people. You should have directed them to the DCA website, it lists the relevant info. You are an idiot.

Regards
