I believe you are trying to validate your FAA ATP license to a Bermudian license, correct?
If so, changes may have ocurred in the past couple of years. I can't think of the website, but the one gulfstreameric mentioned above is a good place to start. A couple years ago, all it took was a First Class medical, Recent training documentation in aircraft type ( Recurrent training at FSI/Simuflite) and a check for $200, which will only cost $75/yr after the initial application. There was talk about incorporating written tests into this process but I don't know if that happened yet. I am talking about info that is 18-24 months old now. I know a few people who have done this.Search the government website for aviation and get contact info. I believe it is a woman who is second in command, who you will be dealing with. Good luck.
