Bermuda or Cayman License

What does it take to get Bermuda or Cayman endorsement for a US ATP. Is a type ride required? Do they recognize the US First Class Medical?

I am in the process of doing the Bermuda registration. Just a form and certified copies of your certs. Tied to a tail number in Bermuda the fee is 150.00 per year. If you want to free lance than you have to pony up 2000.00.
