What is the "new" standard now for employee contributions with respect to disability, loss of licence and health benefits?
The reason I ask the question is that I have a couple of furlough guys working for me and I would like to keep parity on this. We are adding diablity and loss of licence but I am sure that current employer will not be willing to pay for all of this.
