Just curious if people could chime in with the benefits that are offered at their fractional? Can't really find much info (except NJA of course).

Tell me about medical, dental, vision plan and roughly how much it cost you/family per month.

Tell me about retirement plan. 401k? How much does company match.

Profit sharing? pensions? etc. etc.

What about other benefits such as disability, loss-of-license?

Sick day accumulation/use?

Vacation?

Anything else?

I can't help with the other companies, but for NJA go to www.netjetspilotjobs.com It has the answers to all your questions for our company.

Good luck in your search.

here we go

I can help with FLOPS

70 pilots just got laid off
200 support just got laid off
=270 total?

Not much "benefit" there

That's 198 people, 70 of which were pilots. And not laid off, terminated.
And you didn't even address the question...

Disability at CS is 66% short, 60% long term. They also cover medical for 2 years. I wish the best for the FLOPS guys/gals.

And not laid off, terminated.

I believe this determination is still open to debate. Out of one side of its mouth, Flight Options said it was terminations; on the other it said it was downsizing to meet demand. So which is it -- terminations or layoffs/downsizing? Ultimately I believe a judge--not Skanza, B19, IBT 1108 or Flight Options--will be making this decision.

Flexjet:
Health Insurance: POS plan costs $60/pay period family, $21/single. Max out of pocket is about $1250 a year. $250 deductible.

Dental: Family plan is about $15/pay period. $2,000 max per year. Good coverage.

Retirement: No pension for new hires. Company 401(k) match is 100% of first 6%, plus an additional 2-4% depending on age/years of service.

Vacation: 2 blocks per year. 5 days paid, with 4 days off on either side of that so 13 total days off.

Assorted other less expensive items paid for by company.

Sick Time - I'm sure there is an official policy, but I don't know it. I'll just say to my knowledge, no one has ever been docked pay due illness, injury or family emergency.
