Bellanca 17-30A Super Viking

Hello All-

I am looking at buying a Super Viking. I have never owned nor flown one before, and I was wondering if I can get some information about the plane.
Also I was wondering what maintenance facility(s) would be knoledgable about Vikings, I know about the one in Plainview, Tx, but I am in Prescott, AZ (KPRC) and TX is extremely out of the way for maint.
And, is there anyone in the area who would be interested in taking me up for a short flight in their Viking, just to see how the plane feels. I'll pay for gas, if you need me to.

hey zohrab, there is a small Viking flyin at KHII Lake Havasu this weekend Fri 27 to Sun 29 am, I bet you could easily hitch a ride with one of those guys they sound very friendly.
