Great......as if I needed another excuse as to why night work sucks.

Next month, the International Agency for Research on Cancer, the cancer arm of the World Health Organization, will add overnight shift work as a probable carcinogen. The American Cancer Society says it will likely follow. Up to now, the U.S. organization has considered the work-cancer link to be "uncertain, controversial or unproven."

Yeah, prostate for men.

After more research they will find that there is not a higher risk of prostate cancer among those that work the night shift. Rather it is discovered more frequently as someone is always jumping up your arse in this business. Voila…. nightly prostate exams.

Reminds me of a study that was reported in one of the medical journals. The Brits found that those who drank 6 or more cups of coffee a day had a lower incident of cancer than those who did not, however they had higher incidents of heart failure. Something is gonna get you some day, so why sweat the small stuff. Life is a terminal sexually transmitted affliction.
