Beechjet off end of runway PDK

Happened yesterday, story says plane was going to fast to stop and tried to takeoff went airborn briefly and then settled back down and lost the gear when off roading down the hill on 20L here are pics. 4 peeps on board minor injuries....thank god no fire! Out of Alabama.

Agreed... flew out of PDK for many, many years and still find myself occasionally staring at 20L

As far as all the towers sprouting up all around it... I think they farm them or something...

At last count IIRC there was 20+ around the field...

Thank god nobody was seriously hurt! That could have ended much worse. On a lighter note, having spent some time down South (including Alabama where I believe they were based), I am willing to bet $10 the pilots were named Jim Bob and Billy Ray and weigh 250+ lbs apiece... :laugh:
