Mission: Best BBQ
And I think I have found it. Bobbysamd and I ventured out earlier today in search of what might just be the best BBQ (at least in Denver, CO) I have ever eaten. Armed with appetites, taste buds, and wives for moral support, we enjoyed some of Brothers BBQ's finest menu offerings.
I can tell you that the brisket and pork shoulder were cooked just perfectly. The were unbelievably tender and not dry unlike some other BBQ vendors I have sampled. My wife said the BBQ chicken sandwich was worth a return trip.
They have a variety of sauces on the menu from vinegar and mustard based to Texas and K.C. style. The two I tried were nothing less than delicious. And, from the picked clean spare rib bones and sauce smeared across Bob's face I could tell that a second visit will definitely be in the near future!
It is confirmed. I'm a BBQ junkie and I have found my methadone.
Mission: Successful... Returning for seconds...
Cheers,
Skyking
