You have to be a member. All of the info is tracked by them. Sent some info to a friend and they actually called him. Its getting tough to cheat anymore.

Does anybody at least know the company name???

Hey, someone help 750driver out here... Does anyone have the ability to find the information?

How about some teamwork here...

I checked all of my resources and came up with nothing. I even went to the FAA registry and did a search looking for two G IV's and a citation X that were all registered with like names and came up with nothing! I am going to PBI tomorrow afternoon so I will look around and ask questions.
Sorry I can't help anymore.

Hey Heavy,

Plenty of good PM's on my end from lots of good folks trying to assist. Glad to see the team effort is still alive and well.

With regard to the company ... no luck yet. Maybe they're not real. You know .... a "virtual" company :)

I can call my contact at FSI in ICT and find out which Florida based operators fly the X. That might work.

I fly a BBJ Based at MCO, but we don't have any GIV's or a C750, the only other aircraft that we have is a BE400A, I am also very interested in this job, it sounds better than what I have now!! I hope that someone finds out where this company is located, the way it looks now, it seems fake

Ukipilot,

Do you know of any part time (or full time) opportunities at MCO? I'm living in Winter Haven and I'm hoping for a call from one of the majors, but I need to get some flight time soon before I go nuts.

Thanks,
Catfish

I know of a few places in Daytona that are looking for part time pilots to fly King air's but that is it, let me know if you are interested and I will give you the details.
I was Navy also, left in 93, Flew the F-14A+ before I took an early out. Are you trying to get on with Southwest or Jetblue?

planejobs fake companies

Yea, they are trying to stop the unauthorized use over at planejobs. I'm a member of one service (not planejobs), I'm broke, so I share info with a couple other guys that have memberships to other sites. I applied to a planejobs posting that listed an employers email address as a the sole contact method. Yesterday I got a return email directly from planejobs, not the employer I thought I was applying to. They said I wasn't a member, can't apply, unauthorized, yada yada yada. Get this, they said they have "recorded my IP address for record". I emailed them back and said good, now FU*k off. What a bunch of jerks. Why don't they just be happy with the money they get from advertisers and companies seeking employees? They just have to bleed unemployed, broke, starving pilots I guess. Personally I feel that if I (or anybody else) that pays a subscription to an employment website wants to reproduce that info, then they should be able to. I paid for it, I should be able to do with it want I want. Don't give that BS about copyright laws, you can pay for music, download, and share it. I believe I have the solution. I think everybody that has a pilot employment subscription should repost the ads all over the internet. Eventually us pilots will stop subscribing (cuz it's now free) and these scumbag companies will realize there is no profit in pilots and start collecting from the employers, like they should. Maybe we should add a new section to this forum: "job exchange"

Rock aviation is probably a fake. It's either a planejobs unauthorized usage test, or they are screening resumes using a fictitious name. Either way it sucks.

You go guy

Good deal don't join. To much competition out there anyway. Remember Burger King is Always hiring.

Well, I asked around at Jet Aviation and at Signature and no one has seen/heard of Rock Aviation or a flight department that has two G-IVs, Citation X, & a EC-135. I however did not contact/stop by at Galaxy. Anyone want to call? Here are the numbers: 561-683-4121 866-450-6724
A friend sent in a app./resume and got the usual response that they will be contacted if deemed qualified, thanks for the interest. Blah, blah, blah. Sounds like this may have been a hoax to see who is illegally using the job board. I hope this is not the case, but I have not been able to find out any info.
Please post if anyone finds out what the deal is!

carpet time

I emailed the webmaster once about posting fake companies as I researched a company out after I joined. I told him that it was right up there with false advertisement as this was what I was paying for: advertisement. His response was they were a legit company and hired a member. A couple of days later the ad was pulled off the website. Actions speak louder than whats typed.
