Eagle - BOS and LGA
XJet-EWR
Commutair- PLB, ALB and some ROC but that may have been closed
Piedmont - SYR, LGA
Colgan - Many, HPN, ALB, SYR, ITH?, PVD check their website, they tend to open and close bases though also some in ME way up there and MHT among some...
Cape Air - BOS, PVD, ACK,VYN or there abouts
Wiggins
Air Cargo Carriers - check website
NetJets
Citation Shares
CHQ - BUF, LGA, I think BOS closed about 2 years ago
Comair- JFK
AIRnet - many in NE area
