What ever happened to the plans for the Rekkof (Fokker backwards)?

Wasn't some company going to re-engine the thing and put winglets on it and then remarket them?

Last I heard, the group was trying to make parts for existing aircraft, I'm
honestly not sure about new airframes..

The CRJ 700 would make a better frieghter than the 200. Better overall performance, more wieght about the same t/o and ldg distance

If you only need to carry around the load a 200 can carry, why buy a new 700.

Are there a bunch of 700's parked in the desert for 5-10 million?

Were they going to make new airframes as well, or just update and modify existing airframes? I heard that airplane (in theory) would give the RJ's a run for their money when it boiled down to performance and operating costs.

I read that parts for F50's 70's and 100's were going to re start production.
I liked the all 3 of them but no one will touch them since you can't get parts.

I read somewhere that an improved F100 (did they call it a F120?) was in the
works, but info is scarce.

i am sure if you are talking about jets in the desert, i bet there are better ones than the 200. piece of junk.
