Ballistic Flight Kit

Anyone use the ballistic flight kit that Luggage Works puts out? Would be going in EMB145. How does it hold up? Good fit? Buy it again or not?

The main part of it is OK. The side pockets will tear out the bottoms if you put much in them. I have had mine for about 4 years, it fit OK in the ATR, the CRJ, and most of the 73s. Kind of tight in the 300's and the 500's, but it does fit. I don't know about the ERJ, but I would imagine it would fit. I am fixing to replace mine with a Scott leather case.

Here I thought this was going to be about someone throwing their flight case at someone. Like when the Old Gray Mare threw her case at the Fed. (ASA pilots know what I'm talking about).

Ballistic works great for me. God knows I went through my share of $30 Office Depot specials before I got wise.

One downside: you lack the ability to display your sardonic wit via hilariously irreverent stickers...

Here is an alternative to the luggage works ballistic case. It's normally $60, but there is a special on it for $53, and it's free shipping! It's less than half the price of the LW bag, and from what I hear, it's pretty durable.
