You still haven't answered the most important question, what have you done?? Do you black out and wake up covered with blood with a hatchet under your pillow?? Or did you just not inhale in college??
 
Any idea what questions they ask your previous employer if the previous employer is part 91? I figure hire date, termination date and elgibility for re-hire...

to comply with pria these are the only legal questions that are required:
  • have you failed training for an upgrade/initial
  • have you ever failed a drug test or refused a drug test
depending on your employer they like to add all kinds of questions, but to the best of my knowledge the above-mentioned are the only 1's req to comply with 'pria'
