If this was in the US, there would now be a big increase of people trying to have their kids enroute to get the free travel.

If this happened here in the US, the odds are good a bankruptcy court judge would kick out any free flight deal during said airlines bankruptcy by the time kid was 10yo.

If it happened in the US...the mom would get a bill from the airline for cleaning and a bill from the Doctor and nurse which would be denied by her insurance since it was a out-of-network provider and facility.
