B737-200 and 300 systems

I am familiar with B737-200 electrical and ECS systems. I need to know what differences, if any, there are with the 200 and 300 electrical and ECS systems. Please provide any electronic links or PM me for an email if you have files on -300 systems. I can't give details but lets just say that your response and help will be aiding a next generation US fighter program. Thanks.
