Private Pilot- with a type rating, if you got the bucks, and don't need much liability. Basically it just comes down to what you want to spend and how much liability you need. Just about anybody can be named on a policy, now "open pilot" policy numbers tend to be a little higher (2000TT, 500ME, 100 turbine, 25 MM). Good luck.

Our policy was:
CA: 4000 TT, 2500ME, 1000TURBINE, 1500PIC, School in last 12 months.
SIC; 2500TT, 1000ME, 500turbine, school in last 12 months.
That was the open. I had success getting individual pilots names with much less.
We had $50M liability and $2M hull. Premium was $21k per year. Single pilot was $38K per year for the same limits.

Mine made $250 per day plus all expenses. We flew around 16 days a month average. That's almost $50K. Going rate for King Air FOs in Tampa is still $200-250 per day.

Kingairrick, how long ago was that?

Coverage for July 2004-July 2005. The airplane has been sold, but the premium was for the entire year. Bought the policy from Falcon Insurance, LAL office. www.falconinsurance.com

If you're askng about the FO pay, that is current rate for this area, with rare exceptions.
