Basically don't try and be a wise a$$. Be honest with them. If you don't know something say so don't BS through it. They are looking for people that will fit in, personality plays a big role in the interview. Know your Jepp charts and be yourself.

Obviously, check out the experiences written up on http://www.aviationinterviews.com/. If they're still using Dell Cross (I think that's his name) for his sim evaluation service, try to get in touch with him and get a practice session in the night before the interview. AWAC likes to see candidates pay the money for the prep, obstensibly because it shows that the candidate is serious about doing a good job.
