You'd probably be awarded PHL or ORF while in training, but could probably hold DCA RSV in a month or two (likely by the time you were done with IOE).

DCA and ORF are generally junior for lineholders as well, with PHL VERY senior. To give you an example, I am top 1/3 FOs at AWAC and don't even bid top half in PHL.
