I Know it's all included in the merger process but will the AWA pilots have to take a pay cut? Just looking at the pay rates for both companies, especially on the 737, an AWA CA who are topped out will take a $13.00 pay cut if the USAIR contract is used. The reverse is also seen on the 757 where an AWA pilot will get a raise of $6.00 an hour if you continue to use USAIR's contract. This of course is just a simplification of a much bigger process.

We have a contract and we're not in Chap 11, hence, any changes must be negotiated.
