Can any one tell me if AWA has a scope clause with Mesa. And if they do what are the details. Thanks
 
Awa does not have a scope clause. That is why Mesa or any other company can fly any size airplane for AWA that they want. AWA pilots and FA's have been filing greivances under other sections of their respective CBA's concerning contract flying. I am unsure how these are proceding.
