Does anybody know the payscale at AWA or where to find it, or at least the starting pay for a F/O and per diem?:rolleyes:
 
If you are an ALPA member you can fid the pay rates on the ALPA website. In fact, you can find the pay rates and work rules for all airlines on the website. Just log in and go to ALPA documents and research on the left hand side of the page

Uhh. well, what if you are not ALPA member?
 
America West's contract was signed May 4, 1995 and was ammendable May 1st 2000 and is currently under negotiation.

1st Year pay, based on 85 hours per month guarantee is $34.22 per hour or $2,909.10 per month or $34,909 per year. 2nd year pay is $53.71 per hour or $4,565.17 or $54,782 per year. 11 days off, 1 for 2 duty rig, 1 for 4 trip rig, 5.15 minimum pay per duty period, 13 hour maximum duty day, 5.32 hours sick pay accrual per month, 21 vacation days per year and no trip pay for vacation (years 1-5), no retirement, 50% match up to 5% on your 401k.
