Hi!
If U want to "type" an app I would suggest doing it on your computer.
Type it all up, and print it out on a blank sheet of paper, and match it to the app. Do this until the printer is able to print a perfect copy, then put the app through the printer and print it out (make a copy of the app so U have sparse, in case something goes wrong).
This is MUCH easier than trying to type with a typewriter directly on the app, and if U can't find a professional typist it's a way to do it yourself.
