How do you submit an app to AWA and how do you find out what the open windows are?
 
In order to receive an application you must submit a resume and meet their minimum quals (I believe they're listed on the Company website and/or the employment hotline).
 
According to numerous other threads you have to have a LOR from an AWA pilot to have a shot at an interview. I don't think there is an "application process" per se. The website indicates that no pilot positions are available.
