Send them to me. :)
But seriously, park 'em somewhere and let 'em mature. Safe, safety deposit box, attic, wherever.

They are series EE. Does anyone know how long they take to mature? 20yrs. seems to ring a bell.

Current EE-series bonds mature in 20 years. The actually keep earning interest for 30 years.

The attic, wherever - that's sound financial planning there...*yikes*

Send an email to everyone in the world saying that your uncle the Prince can't cash them and needs a US bank account to deposit them into. Maybe offer a percentage to the person who helps you. Use your imagination...

Well, I didn't mention that you have to REMEMBER where you put 'em :)

No No No .... take them straight to the bank and deposit them. $25 dollars now is worth more than $50 in 25 years

You take a 3-month penalty if you cash 'em before a certain time. I think it's 2 years.
