Has anyone flown for Avjet? Has anyone held the floater position? I'm looking for QOL, pay, benefits, living around Burbank info, are you on-call all of the time or is there a schedule? Thank you for any info and yes, I have looked up the previous Avjet posts which haven't provided this info.

The current GII / III floater is leaving for Jet blue at the end of the month, which is why the position is being offered. Most folks are reasonably happy at Avjet, with a few dissenters just like you would find anywhere. You can expect to be on call all the time, and there is no schedule, but you will not be called out between 7pm and 7am, and generally speaking there are very few pop up trips. Despite the lack of schedule you can usually work out your FAR rest days and accrued vacation time to cover family events and vacations without too much problem. In fact the only complaint that the previous floater had is that he didn't get to fly enough!
Pay is considered to be "competitive" and the benefits are excelent. As for living around Burbank, well it's SoCal, so you can either pay a lot and live local, or pay less and have a 1 or 2 hour commute, your choice!
You will also get to work with a first rate group of pilots and mechanics.
