Stay away from Plus Rent a Car in Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR).
The guy who runs this outfit (Freddy Hidalgo) is a criminal who will bill $1000 to your credit card after you have been home for a month or two. When you call him to inquire, he will act like he does'nt know what you are talking about. I cleared this up with my credit card company one year ago and had the charge removed, but Hidalgo has provided phony documents and the charge has been rebilled to me. I googled this outfit, and learned that he does this to everybody!
