Aviation Weather Books

I'm looking for advice on good weather books to purchase for the purpose of preparing for an interview. It's been years since I've reviewed weather stuff in earnest so I figure it's time for a brush up. It doesn't have to be something only a meteorologist would understand, but I would like something that's more in depth than something found in a commercial pilot textbook. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Aviation wx books

For starters, the FAA's Aviation Weather and Aviation Weather Services. Especially the latter, with the change to METAR codes the past several years.

I second Bobby's recommendation. I used those books during my private and instrument training.

Wx Must haves

Get ASA's 'Weather Services explained'. It's a companion to Weather Services. Also, For a good read, Dennis Newton's 'Severe Weather Flying' and of course Robert Buck's 'Weather Flying'. They are quick reads and will fill in some of the gaps. Good Luck.
