I was wondering if the small A/C in a spin was ever planning on recovering. Spin endorsement tomorrow for me; any tips on not getting sick? Sweet videos by the way, thanks!

Eat a light breakfast such as bagel, or fruit. Drink water, coffee, tea or juice, but not in excess. And don't get wasted tonight.

I would avoid soda, but that's just me.

Thanks man. :D

It varies depending on who you are as to whether you'll get sick. I've done spins after heavy meals, soda, etc. and have never had a problem. But put in me in the back of a minivan on a curvy road and I'll need a bag after 5 minutes. Go figure...

Anyway, have a blast. Spins rock...
