Aviation predictions!!!!

Well, this message should be around for a while. Hopefully we can all look back and see how close I am on my predictions.

Here they are:


1. DAL files ch.11 in August 2005.

2. SWA posts loss in 3rd quarter 2005.

3. AWA stops hiring in August 2005.

4. ATA furloughs within 6 months.

5. AWA furloughs by this time next year (spring 2006)

6. DAL sells Clownair and ASA by year end.

7. ASA becomes a major/Comair gets stapled to bottom of ASA.

8. Some lunatic flies an airplane solo across the Atlantic.

9. NWA does ok

10. DAL liquidates late 2006, all employees on street.

11. ASA to fly DAL's old planes......the 88 for $88!!!!!!

I predict Ty Webb will try to escape Value Jet but will not find happiness anywhere else. Mainly because no one will have him. Tell us Ty, were you a SCAB like most Value Jet pilots or were you an ex cheerleader for Embry Riddle?

I really enjoy working at AirTran, and so do 99% of the guys I fly with. It really is great to show up for work at a place where people are friendly and happy . . . .
