Does anyone on here know of any great sites to find information about aviation law such as; what happens to a pilot when he breaks airspace, what happens when they incurd on a runway, etc. Working on a paper for aviation reg and law. Need some help of places I should look or call. Thank you

You can go to the NTSB legal decision database. The search terms that work take some practice, but these are the real NTSB decisions on appeal from FAA certificate and penalty actions.

http://www.ntsb.gov/O_n_O/query.asp

The other thing you can do is go to the FAA Order database

http://www.airweb.faa.gov/Regulatory_and_Guidance_Library/rgOrders.nsf/

You're looking for Order 2150.3A which is an overview of the FAA's Enforcement Program. Toward the back you'll find Appendix 4, the Sanction Guideline Table, which will tell you the common penalty range for most violations.
