Hard to say. Climbto350 is the only one that seems even marginally consistent...but it costs money to use.

Climbto350, like all the other pay job boards, takes jobs posted for free access elsewhere and post them as though the employer watnted them there. Last time I put up a job ad I made it a blind ad on AvCrew so this wouldn't happen.

www.pilotpointer.com has a list of job sites, here are some free ones I check out-

http://jobs.findapilot.com
http://www.corporatepilot.com/jobspage.html
http://www.jsfirm.com/searchjobs.asp
http://www.pilots4rent.com/scgi-bin/ib3/ikonboard.cgi/ikonboard.cgi?;act=SF;f=9

I didn't know that! :) Interesting scam or enterprising idea.

Every job I have ever posted has wound up on all the pay sites. One showed up every 6 months for two years AFTER the position was filled.

As such, I am no big fan of the pay job boards, their information is suspect in my book.
